CARRIE RIGGS
Carrie is a Certified Integrative Nutritionist. She started Radiant Kitchen seven years ago in order to solve the weeknight dinner dilemma for busy families. She has a life-long passion for utilizing California's stunning produce.
JORDAN RIGGS
Jordan is a co-founder of Radiant Kitchen and a culinary graduate from the Institute of Culinary Education in Pasadena. She is also a culinary instructor in local elementary schools.
JEFF RIGGS
Jeff has been an executive chef for over 20 years. He is currently the Executive Chef of the Santaluz Club in Rancho Santa Fe. He has also coached ProStart high school culinary teams and taught cooking classes at Sur la Table.
